Earnings ReportMorinaga & Co.,Ltd. <2201> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 11th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 was 1.6% from the previous period to 22.6 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 2.0% from the previous period to 22.2 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 70 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 12.4% from the same period last year, reaching 2.76 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 3.5% in the same period last year to 5.1%.
