DAISHO CO.,LTD. <2816> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 11th (15:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 1.0% from the previous period to 666 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the ordinary profit is expected to grow by 5.1% to 700 million yen. This will be the 25th consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 18 yen to 21 yen (compared to 18 yen in the prior term). For the current term, the company plans to remove the commemorative dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 20 yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the ordinary loss improved to a deficit of 636 million yen (compared to a loss of 655 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin improved from -12.0% in the same period last year to -10.9%.
