Earnings ReportTOKYU CONSTRUCTION CO.,LTD. <1720> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 expanded to 80.9% from the previous period to 17.5 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 4.3% from the previous period to 16.8 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 43 yen, an increase of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 6.29 billion yen, an increase of 2.8% compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 5.9% in the same period last year to 5.9%.
