Okayamaken Freight Transportation Co.,Ltd <9063> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 8th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 expanded to 39.8% from the previous period to 1.69 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 17.3% from the previous period to 1.40 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 70 yen to 80 yen (compared to 70 yen in the prior term), and has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 70 yen, a decrease of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 2.7 times that of the same period last year, reaching 0.41 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 1.2% in the same period last year to 3.4%.
