INTAGE HOLDINGS, Jul-Mar (Cumulative 3Q) Ordinary Profit Increases by 33%, Exceeds Full-Year Plan
4326 INTAGE HOLDINGS Inc. 【J-GAAP】
Earnings ReportINTAGE HOLDINGS Inc. <4326> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 7th (13:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2026 (July 2025 to March 2026) expanded 5.60 billion yen, an increase 33.4% compared to the same period last year. Progress toward the full-year plan of 5.50 billion yen is 101.9%, almost the same as the five-year average of 102.7%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary loss for the April to June period (4Q) is expected to expand to a loss of 0.10 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.07 billion yen in the same period last year). However, if the fourth-quarter performance remains at the same level as the first three quarters, the full-year plan may be increased.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 31.2% from the same period last year, reaching 3.22 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 13.1% in the same period last year to 15.9%.
