ASTMAX Co., Ltd. <7162> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on April 30th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the fiscal year ending March 2026, which was not disclosed, is expected to turn into a profit of 2.53 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.14 billion yen in the previous period), reaches new record high for the first time in twenty terms.

In light of the strong performance, the company has decided to implement a year-end lump-sum dividend of 8 yen for the last fiscal year, which was previously undecided (compared to 7 yen in the prior term).
