Earnings ReportTOYOTA TSUSHO CORPORATION <8015> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on April 30th (15:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 2.2% from the previous period to 370 billion yen exceeding the previous forecast of 360 billion yen and resulted in an increase in profit, a complete reversal from the forecast for a decline in profit. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 8.0% to 400 billion yen, marking the sixth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the sixth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 116 yen to 120 yen (compared to 105 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 125 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income amounted to 83.5 billion yen, a 1.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 4.7% in the same period last year to 4.5%.
