NANKAI Co.,Ltd. <9044> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on April 30th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 6.1% from the previous period to 37.7 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 4.9% from the previous period to 35.9 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 55 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 4.60 billion yen, a 7.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin improved from 7.4% in the same period last year to 8.3%.
