Earnings ReportDAITO TRUST CONSTRUCTION CO.,LTD. <1878> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results at noon (11:30) on April 30th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 7.5% from the previous period to 139 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.6% to 140 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the sixth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 416.6 yen to 424 yen (compared to 714 yen before the 5-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 163 yen, taking into account the previous year's forward stock split, this dividend represents an actual increase of 8.4%.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 45.2% from the same period last year, reaching 29.9 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 3.3% in the same period last year to 5.3%.
