Taisei Lamick Group Head Quarter & Innovation Co.,Ltd. <4994> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on April 28th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 40.2%, from the previous forecast of 1.74 billion yen to 2.44 billion yen (compared to 2.39 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 2.0% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 2.1 times, from the previous forecast of 0.62 billion yen to 1.32 billion yen (compared to 1.04 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 26.4% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
