Earnings ReportTOYOTA BOSHOKU CORPORATION <3116> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on April 28th (14:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 39.2% from the previous period to 23.2 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to surge 2.1 times the previous term, reaching 48.0 billion yen. This will be the sixth consecutive term of revenue growth.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net loss improved to a deficit of 5.35 billion yen (compared to a loss of 11.5 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin improved from -1.9% in the same period last year to -1.2%.
