Earnings ReportAISIN CORPORATION <7259> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on April 28th (13:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 expanded to 59.6% from the previous period to 171 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to decrease by 12.6% from the previous period to 150 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 65 yen to 70 yen (compared to 120 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 75 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income grew 11.3% from the same period last year, reaching 64.3 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 6.7% in the same period last year to 5.4%.
