TECHNO HORIZON CO.,LTD. <6629> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on April 24th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 66.7%, from the previous forecast of 1.80 billion yen to 3.00 billion yen (compared to 0.36 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 4.9 times to 8.1 times, reaches new record high for the first time in five terms.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 2.5 times, from the previous forecast of 0.82 billion yen to 2.02 billion yen (compared to 0.37 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 2.2 times to 5.4 times.

In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 20 yen to 30 yen (compared to 12 yen in the previous period).
