JAPAN PURE CHEMICAL CO.,LTD. <4973> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on April 24th (14:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 18.1% from the previous period to 776 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the ordinary profit is expected to grow by 3.1% to 800 million yen. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 230 yen, an increase of 30 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the ordinary profit increased 66.0% from the same period last year, reaching 156 million yen. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 3.3% in the same period last year to 2.4%.
