MORIROKU COMPANY, LTD. <4249> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on April 23rd (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 39.3%, from the previous forecast of 2.80 billion yen to 3.90 billion yen (compared to 2.20 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 27.0% to 77.0%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 92.1%, from the previous forecast of 1.19 billion yen to 2.29 billion yen (compared to 1.64 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 39.8% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
