KIMURATAN CORPORATION <8107> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on April 22nd (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 70 million yen to a loss of 20 million yen (compared to a profit of 10 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 91.8%, from the previous forecast of 98 million yen to 8 million yen (compared to 53 million yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of an 84.9% decrease in profit.
