KAKEN PHARMACEUTICAL CO.,LTD. <4521> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on April 22nd (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 2.80 billion yen to a loss of 0.20 billion yen (compared to a profit of 21.2 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 2.19 billion yen to a loss of 0.80 billion yen (compared to a profit of 1.45 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
