Guidance Update ReportOKANO VALVE MFG.CO.LTD. <6492> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on April 22nd (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2026 (October 2025 to March 2026) has been revised upward 2.2 times, from the previous forecast of 0.86 billion yen to 1.86 billion yen (compared to 0.82 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 4.2% to 2.3 times, reaches new record high for the first time in eighteen terms.
Following the strong performance in the first half, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 96.0%, from the previous forecast of 1.04 billion yen to 2.05 billion yen, reaches new record high for the first time in seventeen terms.
At the same time, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been significantly increased from the original plan of 20 yen to 40 yen, and the dividend for the second half has also been revised upwards from the original plan of 30 yen to 40 yen. The annual dividend will be 80 yen (compared to 60 yen in the previous period).
