Daiwa House REIT Investment Corporation <8984> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 16th (15:45). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended February 2026 decreased by 18.7% from the previous period to 12.2 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending August 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 7.7% from the previous period to 11.2 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 3400 yen to 3458 yen (compared to 6576 yen before the 2-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 2920 yen.
