Guidance Update Report

Datasection Inc. <3905> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on April 16th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 16.3%, from the previous forecast of 2.97 billion yen to 3.45 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.61 billion yen in the previous period). The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in four years.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 11.0%, from the previous forecast of 4.40 billion yen to 4.88 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.38 billion yen in the same period of the previous year).
