UNITED&COLLECTIVE, Net Income/Loss Unexpectedly Turn to Loss for Last Fiscal Year, Returning to Profitability This Year

Earnings ReportUNITED&COLLECTIVE CO.LTD. <3557> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 14th (17:00). The net income/loss (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ended February 2026 turned into a loss of 227 million yen (compared to a profit of 59 million yen in the previous period), falling below the forecast of an 8 million yen, and turning into a loss. For the fiscal year ending February 2027, the net income/loss is expected to recover to profit of 2 million yen.
At the same time, the company has decided not to pay the year-end lump-sum dividend, which had previously been undecided, and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (4Q), the net income/loss turned to a loss of 114 million yen (compared to a profit of 48 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from 4.0% in the same period last year to -1.0%.
