Gunosy Inc. <6047> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending May 2026 (June 2025 to February 2026) decreased 10.5% from the same period last year to 350 million yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 360 million yen was 97.2%, below the same period of the previous year of 120.3%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the March to May period (4Q) is expected to turn into a profit of 10 million yen (compared to a loss of 66 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 189 million yen, a 37.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin significantly dropped from 14.6% in the same period last year to 9.8%.
