Earnings ReportPrimo Global Holdings Co.,Ltd. <367A> [TSE Std] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on April 14th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending August 2026 (September 2025 to February 2026) expanded 1.46 billion yen, an increase 39.9% compared to the same period last year. Progress toward the full-year plan of 2.17 billion yen was 67.6%, also surpassing progress of 58.7% from the same period of the previous year.
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the March to August period (second half) is expected to decrease 4.6% from the same period last year to 0.70 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (2Q), the consolidated net income grew 12.8% from the same period last year, reaching 0.66 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 12.6% in the same period last year to 13.4%.
