Earnings ReportKAITORI OKOKU CO.,LTD. <3181> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on April 14th (14:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ended February 2026 increased by 17.4% from the previous period to 546 million yen. For the fiscal year ending February 2027, the ordinary profit is expected to grow by 11.7% to 610 million yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the sixth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company decided to implement a year-end dividend of 10 yen for the previous term, which had been previously undecided, and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 11 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (4Q), the ordinary profit increased 53.8% from the same period last year, reaching 220 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 5.6% in the same period last year to 8.1%.
