Earnings ReportDAIKEN CO.,LTD. <5900> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 10th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended February 2026 decreased by 9.2% from the previous period non-consolidated to 305 million yen, although it exceeded the initial forecast of 250 million yen. For the fiscal year ending February 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to expand to 91.8% to 585 million yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 25 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 5.7% from the same period last year, reaching 242 million yen. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 7.2% in the same period last year to 6.6%.
