CNS Co.,Ltd. <4076> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 10th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending May 2026 (June 2025 to February 2026) increased 29.0% from the same period last year, reaching 570 million yen.

In addition, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 8.7%, from the previous forecast of 675 million yen to 734 million yen (compared to 585 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 15.4% to 25.5%. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in two years.

Based on the full-year plan announced by the company after the upward revision, our estimate of the consolidated ordinary profit for the December to May period (second half) is expected to increase 18.7%, from the previous forecast of 315 million yen to 374 million yen (compared to 345 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to an 8.4% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 50 yen to 55 yen (compared to 75 yen in the previous period).

In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 4.0% from the same period last year, reaching 210 million yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 10.6% in the same period last year to 10.0%.
