TWINBIRD CORPORATION <6897> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on April 10th (15:00). The ordinary profit/loss (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2026 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 120 million yen to a loss of 896 million yen (compared to a profit of 42 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the September to February period (second half) ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 549 million yen to a loss of 467 million yen (compared to a profit of 370 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
