UOKI, Ordinary Profit Forecast for Last Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 50%

Guidance Update ReportUOKI CO.,LTD. <2683> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on April 9th (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2026 has been revised upward 50.0%, from the previous forecast of 60 million yen to 90 million yen (compared to 105 million yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 42.9% to 14.3%. However, the full-year forecast for consolidated net income has decreased 25.0%, from the previous forecast of 40 million yen to 30 million yen (compared to 31 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 3.2% decrease in profit.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the September to February period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 33.3%, from the previous forecast of 90 million yen to 120 million yen (compared to 82 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 9.8% to 46.3%.
