Earnings ReportKOMEDA Holdings Co., Ltd <3543> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on April 8th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended February 2026 increased by 11.1% from the previous period to 6.46 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending February 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 6.8% to 6.90 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the sixth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 62 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (4Q), the consolidated net income grew 26.3% from the same period last year, reaching 1.75 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 17.1% in the same period last year to 16.3%.
