YAMACHUU Co., Ltd. <391A> [NSE Main] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on April 6th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending April 2026 has been revised upward 14.6%, from the previous forecast of 611 million yen to 700 million yen (compared to 611 million yen in the previous period), turning to a 14.6% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the November to April period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 41.2%, from the previous forecast of 216 million yen to 305 million yen.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 78 yen to 88 yen (compared to 50 yen in the previous period).
