SINANEN HOLDINGS CO., LTD. <8132> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on March 31st (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 2.0%, from the previous forecast of 4.90 billion yen to 5.00 billion yen (compared to 4.48 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 9.3% to 11.5%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 2.6%, from the previous forecast of 3.85 billion yen to 3.95 billion yen (compared to 4.13 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 6.7% to 4.3%.
