Guidance Update ReportTECHNO RYOWA LTD. <1965> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on March 31st (14:05). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 19.5%, from the previous forecast of 13.2 billion yen to 15.7 billion yen (compared to 9.93 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 32.9% to 58.8%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for three consecutive terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 38.9%, from the previous forecast of 6.62 billion yen to 9.20 billion yen (compared to 7.57 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 21.5% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 108 yen to 170 yen (compared to 100 yen in the previous period).
