ktk, Ordinary Profit Forecast for First Half Revised Upward by 37%, Highest in Five Terms, Full Year also Increased, Dividend Revised Upward by 2 Yen

Guidance Update Reportktk INC. <3035> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on March 25th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending August 2026 (September 2025 to February 2026) has been revised upward 37.3%, from the previous forecast of 220 million yen to 302 million yen (compared to 218 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 0.9% to 38.5%, reaches new record high for the first time in five terms.
Following the strong performance in the first half, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 9.1%, from the previous forecast of 550 million yen to 600 million yen (compared to 515 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 6.8% to 16.5%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for two consecutive terms.
At the same time, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been increased from the original plan of 9 yen to 10 yen, and the dividend for the second half has also been revised upwards from the original plan of 9 yen to 10 yen. The annual dividend will be 20 yen (compared to 17 yen in the previous period).
