COSMOS INITIA Co., Ltd. <8844> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 23rd (17:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 7.3%, from the previous forecast of 9.60 billion yen to 10.3 billion yen (compared to 7.94 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 20.9% to 29.7%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 19.7%, from the previous forecast of 3.54 billion yen to 4.24 billion yen (compared to 2.67 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 32.7% to 58.9%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 38 yen to 44 yen (compared to 30 yen in the previous period).
