Guidance Update Report

UEX, LTD. <9888> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on March 19th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised from the previous range of 1.00 billion to 1.30 billion yen to a new 1.18 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to implement a annual dividend of 22 yen for the current fiscal year, which was previously undecided (compared to 40 yen in the prior term).
