Guidance Update ReportSEIRYO ELECTRIC CORPORATION <4341> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on March 19th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 60.0%, from the previous forecast of 250 million yen to 400 million yen (compared to 276 million yen in the previous period), turning to a 44.9% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 51.5%, from the previous forecast of 291 million yen to 441 million yen (compared to 551 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 47.2% to 20.0%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 23 yen to 30 yen (compared to 23 yen in the previous period).
