Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park Inc. <3471> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 17th (16:00). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended January 2026 expanded to 8.99 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending July 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to drop by 5.73 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 3220 yen to 3275 yen (compared to 3629 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 2503 yen.
