Samty Residential Investment Corporation <3459> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 17th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended January 2026 expanded to 48.5% from the previous period to 3.26 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending July 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to drop by 42.6% from the previous period to 1.87 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 3495 yen to 3604 yen (compared to 2808 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 2600 yen.
