AHRESTY, Net Income Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 30%, Dividend Revised Upward by 10 Yen

Guidance Update Report

AHRESTY CORPORATION <5852> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on March 17th (13:00). The consolidated net income forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 30.4%, from the previous forecast of 2.30 billion yen to 3.00 billion yen (compared to a loss of 2.89 billion yen in the previous period).

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (second half) consolidated net income is expected to increase 4.2 times, from the previous forecast of 0.22 billion yen to 0.92 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.19 billion yen in the same period of the previous year).

In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 32 yen to 42 yen (compared to 28 yen in the previous period).
