NOVAC CO.,LTD. <5079> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 13th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending April 2026 (May 2025 to January 2026) surged 5.8 times that of the previous period non-consolidated to 0.93 billion yen. However, Progress toward the full-year plan of 1.30 billion yen was 72.2%, almost the same as the four-year average of 71.9%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the February to April period (4Q) is expected to drop 46.0% from the same period last year to 0.36 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 11 times that of the same period last year, reaching 0.33 billion yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 0.6% in the same period last year to 4.0%.
