FUJIMAK, Net Income Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Upward to an Unexpected 79% Increase, Raises Record High Profit, Dividend Revised Upward by 20 Yen

Guidance Update ReportFUJIMAK CORPORATION <5965> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on March 13th (15:30). The consolidated net income forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2026 has been revised upward 86.7%, from the previous forecast of 2.25 billion yen to 4.20 billion yen (compared to 2.34 billion yen in the previous period), record profits reach three consecutive terms, turning to a 79.3% increase in the consolidated net income outlook.
At the same time, the January to June period (first half) consolidated net income has been revised upward 2.8 times, from the previous forecast of 1.10 billion yen to 3.05 billion yen (compared to 0.97 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 13.4% to 3.1 times. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in two years.
In light of the strong performance, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been significantly increased from the original plan of 20 yen to 30 yen, and the dividend for the second half has also been revised upwards from the original plan of 20 yen to 30 yen. The annual dividend will be 60 yen (compared to 40 yen in the previous period).
