Earnings ReportCOMPUTER ENGINEERING & CONSULTING LTD. <9692> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended January 2026 increased by 9.2% from the previous period to 7.43 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending January 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 4.9% to 7.80 billion yen, marking the fourth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 80 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 7.3% from the same period last year, reaching 2.13 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 12.7% in the same period last year to 11.4%.
