OHMORI CO.,LTD. <1844> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the morning on March 11th (10:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending July 2026 (August 2025 to January 2026) has been revised upward 2.3 times, from the previous forecast of 210 million yen to 473 million yen (compared to 492 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 57.3% to 3.9%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 607 million yen(compared to 759 million yen in the previous period).
