Guidance Update ReportTreasure Factory Co.,LTD. <3093> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on February 18th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2026 has been revised upward 7.5%, from the previous forecast of 4.44 billion yen to 4.77 billion yen (compared to 4.08 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 8.8% to 17.0%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for four consecutive terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the September to February period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 13.5%, from the previous forecast of 2.48 billion yen to 2.81 billion yen (compared to 2.32 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 6.7% to 21.1%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 39 yen to 40 yen (compared to 36 yen in the previous period).
