PA Co., Ltd <4766> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 16th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended December 2025 expanded to 2.1 times that of the previous period to 142 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending December 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 1.4% from the previous period to 140 million yen.

At the same time, the company plans to remove the special dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 5.2 yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 20 million yen, remained almost flat compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 3.7% in the same period last year to 1.8%.
