NS Group, 25% Increase in Net Income, Update Record High for Fourth Consecutive Term

Earnings ReportNS Group,Inc. <471A> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on February 13th (15:45). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended December 2025 increased by 11.3% from the previous period to 6.32 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending December 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 24.9% to 7.90 billion yen, marking the fourth consecutive term of record-high profits.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 262.76 yen to 265.08 yen (compared to no dividend before the 2-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term). For the current term, the company plans to remove the special dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 76 yen.
