Wagokoro co., ltd. <9271> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 13th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended December 2025 increased by 36.5% from the previous period to 531 million yen. For the fiscal year ending December 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to expand to 39.4% to 740 million yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided not to pay the year-end lump-sum dividend, which had previously been undecided, and plans to pay a dividend of 12 yen this fiscal year, the first since it was listed in March 2018.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 78 million yen, a 10.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 19.5% in the same period last year to 15.5%.
