Kuroda Group Co.,Ltd. <287A> [TSE Std] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on February 13th (16:00). The consolidated net income for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to December) dropped 31.2% from the same period last year to 2.39 billion yen.
