Segue Group Co.,Ltd. <3968> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 13th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended December 2025 expanded to 88.8% from the previous period to 2.00 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending December 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 14.9% to 2.29 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the twelfth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 18 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 16 times that of the same period last year, reaching 0.47 billion yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 1.8% in the same period last year to 5.8%.
