QB Net Holdings Co.,Ltd. <6571> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on February 13th (16:00). The consolidated net income for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2026 (July to December) increased 20.4% from the same period last year, reaching 0.50 billion yen. However, Progress toward the full-year plan of 1.40 billion yen was 35.9%, also falling below the five-year average of 60.9%.

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the January to June period (second half) is expected to expand 48.4% from the same period last year, reaching 0.89 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (2Q), the consolidated net income increased 68.5% from the same period last year, reaching 0.12 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 2.9% in the same period last year to 3.9%.
